Our executive staff members are experienced, caring professionals committed to the SCHAS mission and to providing the highest quality care to Renaissance Terrace residents. Meet the people responsible for making Renaissance Terrace a wonderful place to live.
Tim began his career with Senior Citizens Home Assistance Services in 2001 as Finance Director. He was promoted to CEO in 2008. He is president of the Tennessee Association of Homemaker Service Providers, a member of the National Council on Aging and the Downtown Rotary. Tim graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1990 with a B.S. degree in accounting and has a non-profit certificate from Harvard University.
Ada is Chief Financial Officer for Senior Citizens Home Assistance Service, Inc. and Renaissance Terrace Assisted Living, headquartered in Knoxville, TN. She supervises the areas of Payroll, Accounts Payable & Receivable and Billing as well as Human Resources, Marketing, and Development. Ada prepares Governing Board financial reports monthly and works closely with United Way with whom SCHAS is partners in 15 East Tennessee Counties. Ada is a Business Administration graduate of Berea College and a member of Kiwanis.
Katelyn Bray began her career with SCHAS in July 2020 as the Administrator at Renaissance Terrace Assisted Living.
Katelyn brings a variety of knowledge to the table and has a passion for serving seniors. She graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in December 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She is a Certified Recreational Therapist as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
Katelyn has been married since 2015 to her husband, Dusty, and they have four fur babies. Her hobbies include woodworking, spending time with family and friends, photography, and attending concerts
Chelsea Cash became Activities Director at Renaissance Terrace in October 2021.
She loves photography and sunflowers, and spending time with her family. Newlywed, Chelsea and her husband are proud pet owners of two pug dogs. Chelsea has worked with dementia residents for 4 years, and has been in activities with seniors for 3 years.
